Happy New Year from Film Tampa Bay
We had an excellent 2024 and can't wait to see what 2025 has in store! In case you missed it, here's what we were up to in December 2024.
The team traveled to Orlando in December to participate in the Film Florida Quarterly meeting and Women in Film and Television Florida's annual Jingle Mingle. At the Jingle Mingle, Tampa's own Stefanie Davis was awarded the WIFT FL 2024 Feature Film Finishing Fund Grant for her work on "A New Year's Ride."
Film Tampa Bay and Gasparilla International Film Festival teamed up to throw a costumed holiday party. Attendees got an exclusive first look at the Vault's brand-new event space on the 3rd floor.

Second Screen Cult Cinema Announces 2025 lineup
📣 Second Screen Cult Cinema has big plans for their 11th Season as they celebrate two major accomplishments! They'll be kicking off 2025 with their 100th film screening on Thursday, January 16. Additionally, in honor of their 10th anniversary in February, they'll be screening their first-ever audience-requested encore screening of "Videodrome."
