We’ve partnered with Stage 32, a leading online education platform for film and television professionals, to launch the Production Assistant Master Certification Program! We’re searching for candidates to participate in this exciting opportunity at no cost.
This program is designed to equip aspiring filmmakers with industry-critical skills.

The Production Assistant Certification Program will be taught by Directors Guild of America Assistant Directors Gary Romolo Fiorelli (Castle Rock, All American) and Sylwia Dudzinska (The Morning Show, All American).

An online course will be led by Gary Romolo Fiorelli and covers:
Fundamentals of Production Assisting
Production Assisting: On-Set Protocol
Production Assisting: Paperwork & Department Interaction
Call Sheets

A two-day in-person workshop will be led by DGA Assistant Director Sylwia Dudzinska. The workshop will dive deeper into the subjects learned in the online segment, covering additional subjects such as:
Understanding the Flow of a Set
Using Radios for Film Production
Navigating Unions
Going from PA to Assistant Director
At the end of the program, a select group of passing participants will be placed on a Tampa Bay production. The participants will receive IMDb credit and invaluable networking opportunities.

Applicants must be 18+ years old, residents of Hillsborough County, and be associated with one of the following organizations to qualify for the program:
