Florida film industry pushes for incentives to bring back blockbuster productions

As we roll into March, the sound of cannon fire and rowdy pirates can seem like a distant memory, but Gasparilla season has yet to reveal all of its treasures.

The Gasparilla International Film Festival is coming March 10th - 13th. Help celebrate 15 years of amazing films, and close out our annual Gasparilla Season by attending this year's festival. Film Tampa Bay is proud to be GIFF's title sponsor this year.

Over the course of the week, you will have the opportunity to experience wonderful films from around the world. I encourage you to find movies that do more than just delight but also challenge your way of thinking.

Tampa Theatre Oscar Party is Back! March 27 at 6:30PM

Tampa Theatre is once again rolling out the red carpet for a full-capacity Hollywood Awards Night Watch Party! March 27 at 6:30PM Est.

There will be fun red-carpet activities with their own Roan Jivers, limousine rides around the block, bubbly upon entry, hair and makeup touch ups, movie-themed games and prizes, and the best of all... the VIP deck will be back this year!
