Spotlight: Bob Layton
Bob Layton is a legend in the comic book world. In the 1970's, when Iron Man was at the point of cancelation, a young and hungry Bob re-created the character. He humanized Iron Man, and gave more emphasis on Tony Stark, giving the character his famous sarcasm that we know from Robert Downey Jr's portrayal in the MCU.
His most famous comic book cover is 'Demon in a Bottle' which was inspired by Bob's personal life. He owned his own comic book company, Valiant Comics, and created more iconic characters that we know and love, including Ant Man and War Machine, to name a few.
Since his time in comic books, Bob has transitioned to a life in film and television, and he is producing feature films at his production company Box Monkey Pictures LLC right here in Florida.
