Recap: Home for Thanksgiving
We presented Home for Thanksgiving at the historic movie palace Tampa Theatre on Nov 30. Cast and crew were in attendance and were part of a Q&A after the screening. During the event we hosted a food drive with all donations going to Feeding Tampa Bay. Together we collected 265 pounds, or 221 meals, of donations.
Home for Thanksgiving is a local film made in Tampa and Lakeland, starring local actors, and directed by Stefanie Davis. The story touched on grief and loss and how that affects holiday traditions.
Thank you to everyone who came out to support Local films, and please stay tuned for the next Film Tampa Bay Presents event only at Tampa Theatre.
